Newbie - Q on upgrading mapping for the satnav

Hi all, new to MB & all that goes with it. I don’t think I can get Apple Car Play for my car so am reliant on the built in sat Nav.Alas the mapping has not been updated since first registered in 2017. Has anyone got any ideas/ experience. I live in UK.

Try satnavworld you can get an update SD card for maps but you lose live traffic
