Has any one experienced any issues with the new 2020 App.
I have recently changed my A Class for an SLC and had the dealer add the new SLC to my account, however since that i have down loaded the update 2020 app but when i try to access it through my iPhone or iPad i fail, i log on with my email address and the app tells me it has sent me a six digit code to enter, however, the code does not arrive. I have checked my email settings and spam folders but nothing has arrived. Never had any previous issues when i had the A Class or old app.
I can get access to Mercedes Me off my desk top computer by logging on with my email and password but if i ask for a TAN code it says its not available.
I have contacted Mercedes Me twice and my main dealer but to date have not had any response.
